English Premier League Terms and Conditions 

• Fixture dates and times may change because TV broadcasters cannot televise the match or due to Force Majeure. 
• It is important to book flexible travel services such as Flights, Rail, and onward bookings to accommodate any fixture change. 
• Edusport Travel will not accept liability for any fixture change. 
• It is important to note that fixture changes are not always communicated to Edusport. We do not accept liability for this information not being relayed to the traveller. 
• The match tickets provided with your travel package are for the home side of the stadium. If you're cheering for the visiting team, please dress in neutral attire. Failure to do so may result in denial of access to your seat. Edusport Travel is not responsible for any inconvenience or removal from your seat due to incorrect attire.  
• The tickets you purchase are on the Stadium's home side. 
• If a match is being played in a neutral stadium, it is important to specify the team that you are supporting at the time of making your booking. Edusport Travel accepts no liability should you not specify this at the time of making your booking. 

Ticket Delivery & Format: 

• Season Cards: These tickets will be delivered to the concierge desk at your hotel the day before the Match. After the match, please note that you must put the match ticket into the courier bag provided and hand it in at the concierge desk for delivery. If the ticket is not returned, a levy is charged and billed to the traveller after your return.  
• eTickets: These will be emailed to the email address provided below by the traveller between 4 and 2 days before the match. 
• Paper Tickets: The day before the match, they will be delivered to the concierge desk at your hotel. 
• Mobile App Tickets: Tickets are made available via the Football Clubs Official Mobile Ticketing App which can be downloaded on your phone. You will be provided with these details on your confirmation of services on booking.  Please provide a valid email address for this.

Match Ticket Availability and Pricing: 

• Ticket availability for matches is subject to change at a moment's notice depending on the demand and profile of the match. 
• The price of match tickets can fluctuate according to the demand and the position of the team in the league at the time of purchase. Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. 
• Edusport Travel accepts no responsibility for any changes in ticket prices that may occur after a booking has been made. The customer is responsible for paying the current ticket price when the tickets are reserved.
• By making a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts that match ticket prices are variable and may increase or decrease without notice due to factors outside of Edusport Travel's control. 
• Please note that the format of the ticket is dependant on the Football Club and can vary from a Season Card, eTicket, Paper Ticket or Mobile App Ticket. The format will be communicated to you at the time of booking. 

Hotel Terms and Conditions: 

• You will be issued a Hotel voucher 10 days before check-in. This will be emailed to you. 
• Please note that you may be requested to present your credit card at check-in; this is to cover any additional expenses incurred at the hotel during your stay. 

Payment Terms and Conditions: 

• Full payment is due upon booking your package. 
• Bookings will not be confirmed unless full payment has been received per the booking invoice. 
• Any default in payment will constitute a breach of this agreement and entitle Edusport to cancel this agreement.
