Can I postpone my trip to a later date?
We don’t want you to miss out on your dream sports holidays, but it is all dependent on whether an event has been postponed or cancelled, and whether our suppliers are being flexible in allowing a credit until new dates for the event is announced. We therefore strongly encourage you to contact your Edusport travel consultant directly to assist with changing or cancelling your booking.
If the airline cancels, will I get a full refund?
Yes, then a waiver code will be authorised for a full refund. Please note that this may take up to 6 months to be processed.
Should I refrain from booking flights right now?
Yes, until we receive further updates from our suppliers on the sporting events and we see some signs of the virus being contained and not further impacting our clients or ourselves.
